Thank you for choosing Magical Wishes Entertainment! These Terms & Conditions are designed to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for every client and guest.
By submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
All events must be booked at least 5 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
A party is not considered officially booked until the required deposit has been received and the date and time have been confirmed by Magical Wishes Entertainment. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking process is complete.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, start time, location, number of guests, selected services, and any special requests. Please notify Magical Wishes Entertainment of any changes as soon as possible.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your party date and time. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your booking.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.
If the remaining balance has not been received by the required deadline, Magical Wishes Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Additional services or time requested on the day of the event are subject to availability and additional fees. Payment for additional services must be received before those services are provided.
Because party dates and times are reserved specifically for each client, deposits are non-refundable.
Clients who need to reschedule should contact Magical Wishes Entertainment as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 2 day notice, subject to availability.
One reschedule may be permitted at no additional charge. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, the original deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 24 days before the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to the remaining balance.
Magical Wishes Entertainment may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion in cases of extraordinary circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the party location is ready for entertainment at the scheduled start time.
If the entertainer arrives on time but the party is delayed due to circumstances outside of Magical Wishes Entertainment's control, the scheduled end time will generally remain unchanged. Additional time may be available for an additional fee if the entertainer's schedule permits.
If Magical Wishes Entertainment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and reasonable efforts will be made to provide the full contracted service.
Magical Wishes Entertainment provides services within and around the local service area.
Travel is included for locations within 10 miles of our starting location in Kissimmee, FL 34741. For locations more than 10 miles away, a travel fee of $1 per mile will apply to the portion of the trip beyond the included 10-mile radius.
Any applicable travel fee will be calculated based on the event location and communicated to the client before the booking is finalized.
The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and appropriate space for entertainment services.
The safety and well-being of the entertainer, children, guests, and equipment is a priority.
Magical Wishes Entertainment understands that children may have different developmental, sensory, communication, and behavioral needs, including autism and other disabilities. Our entertainers strive to provide an inclusive, patient, and understanding experience and are comfortable working with mild behaviors that may occur as a result of a child's individual needs.
Parents, guardians, and event hosts are responsible for supervising children and guests throughout the event. If behavior becomes unsafe or poses a significant risk of injury, the entertainer may pause, modify, or discontinue the activity until it can be safely managed. We encourage families to share relevant support needs with us before the event so we can help create a positive experience for every child.
Clients are responsible for informing Magical Wishes Entertainment of any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other concerns before face painting services are provided.
Professional cosmetic-grade products intended for use on the skin will be used. However, allergic reactions or skin sensitivities can occur. Magical Wishes Entertainment cannot guarantee that an individual will not experience a reaction.
Face painting may be declined or modified when a parent or guardian indicates that it may not be appropriate.
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the entertainer and guests. This may include adequate shade, shelter, or an indoor backup location when necessary.
Magical Wishes Entertainment may require an event to be moved indoors or rescheduled if severe weather or other environmental conditions create unsafe conditions.
Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability.
Character appearances and specific services are subject to availability.
Magical Wishes Entertainment may substitute or modify a character, costume, activity, or service when circumstances outside of our control make the originally selected option unavailable. Clients will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.
Magical Wishes Entertainment may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes only with appropriate client or parental permission.
Clients may decline promotional photography by notifying Magical Wishes Entertainment before the event.

Magical Wishes Entertainment provides children's entertainment services and does not provide childcare, behavior analytic services, medical care, or general event supervision.
Parents, guardians, and/or event hosts remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children and guests throughout the event.
By submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Magical Wishes Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. A violation of Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of your booking.
